We are partners in this. Fair terms for a fair relationship.
Last updated: March 18, 2026
We built Fortress to help your business run better. The deal is straightforward: you subscribe, we deliver. No tricks, no fine print designed to trap you.
Fortress.CEO is a cloud-based platform. You pay a monthly subscription based on the modules you actually use. No hidden fees, no setup charges, no per-seat surprises. What you see is what you pay.
We are so confident Fortress will prove its worth that we let you use it for 60 days before your first bill. If it does not deliver measurable value, walk away. No invoice, no penalty. We succeed when you succeed — that is the only model that makes sense to us.
No long-term contracts required. Cancel your subscription at any time. When you cancel, we export all your data within 30 days. Clean break, no hostage-taking. We want you to stay because the product is great, not because a contract forces you to.
We ask that you provide accurate company and contact information so we can serve you properly. Keep your credentials secure, and let us know immediately if you suspect unauthorized access — we will help you sort it out.
Use Fortress for what it is designed for: managing your business. We trust our clients to be responsible, and we keep things simple — do not reverse-engineer, resell, or use it to violate UAE law. Common sense applies.
We bill after you use the service, not before. Monthly, predictable, and fair. You should never be surprised by an invoice from us.
Invoices are generated at the end of each billing cycle for the services used. Payment terms are specified in your service agreement. We accept bank transfer, credit card, or other methods as agreed.
We give you 60 days written notice before any price change. Price adjustments are aligned with regional market conditions and capped at 10% per year. No surprise doubling. No "new pricing effective immediately" emails.
If payment is overdue, we will reach out first. If it remains unresolved after reasonable notice, we may restrict access to non-essential features. We do not pull the plug without warning — that is not how business relationships work.
The Fortress Pricing Promise
You will never open an invoice from us and feel ambushed. If we cannot justify a price, we will not charge it.
We believe in being upfront. Your business data belongs to you — always. Our software belongs to us. That is a simple, fair arrangement that works for everyone.
Every employee record, invoice, compliance document, and report you create in Fortress belongs to you. We do not claim ownership of your business data. Ever. We process it solely to deliver the service you are paying for.
The Fortress.CEO platform — its design, code, architecture, documentation, and trademarks — is owned by FortressCEO LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. Your subscription grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the platform for your internal business operations.
When you leave — for any reason — you can export all your data in standard formats (CSV, Excel, JSON) within 30 days. After 30 days, we delete it permanently. We do not hold your data hostage to keep you subscribed.
Instead of making claims we cannot keep, here is what we genuinely commit to — and what we do when things go wrong.
That means less than 44 hours of downtime per year, including planned maintenance. In practice, we aim higher — but we promise what we can actually deliver.
We schedule maintenance during low-usage hours and provide advance notice. Updates, security patches, and improvements happen regularly. We will tell you before we touch anything.
If something breaks, we fix it. Status updates are provided during outages. Post-incident reports are shared for any significant disruption. We do not hide behind vague "we are experiencing issues" messages.
Automated backup infrastructure with configurable retention policies. Data recovery procedures tested and documented. Your data survives hardware failures, software bugs, and human mistakes.
Every business relationship needs a few ground rules. These are standard protections that keep both of us safe — written so you can actually understand them.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes are resolved through good-faith negotiation first. If that fails, the competent courts of Sharjah, UAE have exclusive jurisdiction.
FortressCEO LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption — arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability for all claims cannot exceed the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. This is standard for enterprise SaaS and protects both of us.
You agree to hold FortressCEO LLC harmless from claims arising from your use of the platform, violation of these terms, or infringement of third-party rights. In plain language: if you misuse the platform and someone sues, that is on you, not us.
Either party can end the subscription per the service agreement. We may suspend access immediately for serious breaches — security violations, fraud, or persistent non-payment. Upon termination, you have 30 days to export your data. After that, it is deleted.
We may update these terms. Material changes get posted on the website with an updated date. Continued use means acceptance. If you disagree with new terms, you can cancel — your data export rights still apply.
Our philosophy on legal terms:
If a clause only benefits us at your expense, it does not belong here. These terms exist to create a fair, predictable business relationship — not to trap you.
